"I worked with Libby after I recently got into an accident. Let me tell you all, she was kind, clear, and concise with all instructions. "Used to be 5 stars but recent interactions with them it has dropped. I have been with state farm for almost 20 years and I have never paid as much as I do now. I was told everyone is getting a 40% increase because of claims made by OTHER people and their accidents. I have been accident free all 20 years. Looking for a new insurance company to do business with. Greedy people here"

"It took me too long to switch from USAA to State Farm because I thought that I was getting the best rates already. I decided to get quotes just to see, figuring I was right. Well I wasn’t. The rates and coverage I’m getting are hands down better, through State Farm. Nicole Demma is my agent in the Scotts Grates Agency. She took the time to explain my options, my coverages and what everything meant. She’s extremely responsive, as is the whole team in that office. I’m glad I got proved wrong. I switched all of my policies over and even opened several life insurance policies for myself and family members. I highly recommend Nicole as an insurance agent, goes above and beyond for her policy holders. My recent work with State Farm did not dissapoint, Amy helped me get another Life policy on my son and talked to me about options for me to "build my bank" which is super helpful! Great teams in both locations for Scott Grates Insurance."
